Terms & Conditions of Service – K‑izen IA Immigration Academic

1. Parties & Scope of Service

  • This agreement is between K‑izen IA Immigration Academic ("K‑izen", "we", "us") and you ("Client", "you").

  • We are a private, non-legal educational service that uses AI-enhanced and government-based materials to empower clients in self-represented immigration to Canada.

  • Our service includes:

    • Access to a group WhatsApp onboarding session (English, French, or Spanish).

    • Welcome, introductions, and selection of province/program group.

    • Up to one one-to-one coaching meeting, file assessment, and assignment to a program-specific group.

    • Continued support and guidance using our proprietary content and materials.


2. Client Requirements & Commitments

To access our service, you must:

  • Speak English, French, or Spanish.

  • Have a computer, WhatsApp, email, and basic digital literacy.

  • Attend scheduled meetings (group or individual); cancellations allowed only for serious reasons, communicated early.

  • Participate actively—ask questions, share info, stay engaged.

  • Submit your immigration application within 30 days of your one-on-one meeting, unless a valid delay is communicated.

  • Understand that once complete, we aim to submit your application within 3 days.


3. Conduct & Community Rules

  • Maintain respectful behavior; harassment or negative comments lead to removal and termination without refund.

  • No resale, transfer, or sharing—each client can access only their purchased province/program group. Additional purchases required for extra provinces/programs.


4. Payment & Service Structure

  • Services are purchased per province/program.

  • Each purchase includes onboarding, group, meeting, and program access.

  • Access to a new province or program requires a new purchase.


5. Refund Policy

By paying, you accept the 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee:

  • You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first one-on-one meeting if:

    1. You’ve attended no more than one meeting.

    2. We haven’t submitted your application.

    3. You contact us via WhatsApp (+1 438 936 9994) or hola@k‑izen.com within that period.

  • Upon approval, refund is issued via your payment method within 10 business days. If not received in 15 business days, contact us again.


6. Service Timeline & Delivery

  • We aim to prepare and submit applications within 3 days of your one-on-one call when all documents are provided.

  • If submission delays occur due to your inaction beyond 30 days, service may be suspended until resolved.


7. Termination

We may terminate your service if you:

  • Violate conduct rules.

  • Miss or cancel sessions without valid reason and notice.

  • Fail to participate in your immigration process.
    Any unused service portions will be prorated and refunded per our refund policy.


8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • Immigration outcomes depend on government decisions and your own documentation accuracy.

  • We are not lawyers or RCICs; we provide guidance, not legal representation.

  • No guarantees of success. Services provided "as‑is" under applicable law Termly.


9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including AI-processed and government-derived materials, are owned by K‑izen.

  • Licensed for your personal use only; no sharing, resale, or reproduction is allowed.


10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We follow our Privacy Policy—your data and communications remain confidential.

  • You retain ownership of your personal documents; we do not store them.


11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by the laws of Québec, Canada.

  • Any disputes should first be raised via WhatsApp or email.

  • If unresolved, legal action must be filed in Québec courts.


12. Acceptance

  • Payment acts as full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • If you do not agree, you must request a refund within 30 days of your first meeting.

  • Continued use after that date constitutes implicit agreement.

15. 🚫 No Job Placement & Ethical Practice

  • We do not find or guarantee employment in Canada, nor do we offer job placement services. Our support is limited to educational guidance and application frameworks—you remain responsible for securing work opportunities and communicating with potential employers.

  • We do not engage in irregular or unauthorized practices. We comply fully with IRCC and Canadian legal frameworks. Any misleading or unethical approach is expressly prohibited.

  • You may choose which details of your case to share in group or individual sessions. We respect your right to privacy—you decide how much information to disclose.

  • All shared details remain strictly confidential under our Privacy Policy.
