Time frame
You have 30 calendar days from the date of your first one‑on‑one meeting to request a full refund.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your first ONE to ONE meeting.
Eligibility for a refund
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- The application has not been submitted to any immigration authority .
- No more than one one‑on‑one meeting has occurred.
- You notify us within the 30‑day window via WhatsApp at +1 438 936 9994 or email hola@k‑izen.com.
- You paid for the service, and the refund is requested before the above conditions are violated.
How to request a refund
- Contact us within 30 days via WhatsApp (+1 438 936 9994) or email (hola@k‑izen.com).
- Provide your name, proof of purchase, and date of first meeting.
- We will review your request. If you qualify, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
- If you don’t receive the refund within 15 business days, please contact us again at the same channels.
Refund method
Refunds are made via the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Non‑eligible situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Your application has been submitted.
- You’ve had more than one personal consultation.
- You request a refund after the 30‑day timeframe.
- You’ve received significant added value beyond the first meeting.
Damage / Issue resolution
If you encounter issues, defects, or incorrect services, please notify us immediately so we can address and correct them.
Exchanges / Plan changes
If you wish to change your service plan (e.g., from one‑on‑one to group, or a different province/program), you can do so instead of requesting a refund. We’ll apply the full value of your payment to the new service.
Territorial considerations
This policy applies to Canadians and international clients regardless of location.
➡️ Note: For clients located in the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of payment for any reason (unworn or unused service), provided the above conditions on meetings/submissions are met.
